ZEN Industries operates a complete sheet metal fabrication facility, staffed by skilled craftsmen and incorporating state-of-the-art HVAC Processes and Capabilities, all backed by our world class customer service.

Our 68,000 square foot facility is comprised of a 15,000 square foot sheet metal department, an 28,000 square foot steel fabrication department producing welded duct and fittings, and, at 22,000 square feet, ZEN Industries' warehousing facility ensures an ample and well-organized inventory.

ZEN Industries Inc. operates two precision coil lines to produce sheet metal duct from 26 through 18 gauges. Our fully automated coil lines are able to:

• Shear, straighten, notch, and bead.
• Form Pittsburgh and Snaplock seams.
• Turn an S&D connection before breaking the duct in L-sections or full wrap.
• All materials manufactured to 1995 SMACNA standards.
• TDF ductwork (high pressure flanges for high pressure duct).
• Apply glue and insulation to coil line ductwork automatically.
• Automated seam sealant system for both Pittsburgh and Snaplock pockets.

Our plasma table programs cut a variety of shapes to accommodate almost any need for welded duct and fittings. ZEN Industries' fabrication department, using computer controlled plasma cutters and relying on the talents of skilled welders, delivers the highest quality welded grease duct right to your jobsite.

We stock thousands of feet of standing and flat cleat, while our manufacturing department can produce quality slip and drive cleat, pre-cut to your exact requirements. Having ZEN Industries pre-cut your materials saves you labor and aggravation in the field!

We follow a rigorous system of check-off and material handling, using material handling carts for staging to assure complete and accurate deliveries to your jobsite. Each order is entered into a computer generated "Job Ticket," then tracked through the manufacturing process. This also facilitates loading and helps ensure a timely delivery.

Located in Cleveland, Ohio, ZEN's Lean manufacturing and robust production capabilities have allowed us to expand beyond our traditional marketplace of Northeastern Ohio and provides service across the USA. Since 2006, we are proud to announce that we have formed new relationships and have added Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Delaware and Nebraska to our already extensive list of states we conduct business. Currently, in 2008, 75 percent of our customers are out of state, which has given ZEN Industries the experience in conducting business with customers over 1500 miles away from our manufacturing facility.
