• Automated cut to length lines produce burr free connectors - standing slip, flat slip, drives all cut to exact requirements eliminating labor in the field.
• Specialize in difficult projects requiring duct reinforcement, tie rods, seam sealant and double wall ductwork.
•  Welded ductwork of any size manufactured from steel, stainless, galvanized or aluminum.
• Our two precision coil lines produce ductwork from 26 to 18 gauge material.
• All standard duct connections of TDF, Ductmate, or S&D available.
• All sheet metal fabrication to 1995 SMACNA standards.

• Advanced check-off and material handling techniques assure accuracy and correct deliveries.
• All HVAC ductwork and fittings are labeled with a barcode to track products from manufacturing to loading onto delivery trucks. Packing slips are generated directly from the scan during the truck loading process to ensure accurate shipments.
• Each project tracked by computer from Estimating to manufacturing to loading and delivery. All products are clearly labeled for identification; all duct connectors and hardware are labeled and packaged in boxes for ease of identification and transportation.
• We offer duct stretch wrapping with fully assembled ductwork.
• We can assemble all straight ductwork and fittings to reduce your assembly labor in the field. A majority of our customers, from Southern Florida to Nebraska, have identified that ZEN Industries can fully assemble their ductwork project far less costly than having their field installers assemble on site.

ZEN Industries Inc. provides quality HVAC ductwork products to contractors nationwide. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, ZEN's Lean manufacturing and robust production capabilities have allowed us to expand beyond our traditional marketplace of Northeastern Ohio and provides service across the USA. Since 2006, we are proud to announce that we have formed new relationships and have added Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Delaware and Nebraska to our already extensive list of states we conduct business. Currently, in 2008, 75 percent of our customers are out of state, which has given ZEN Industries the experience in conducting business with customers over 1500 miles away from our manufacturing facility.
